A Drain Technician specializes in inspecting, cleaning, and repairing residential or commercial drainage and sewer systems.

Drain Technician Responsibilities:
Clear stoppages (main lines, branch lines, tubs, sinks, etc)
Run sewer machines, jetters and cameras
Diagnose root cause
- Recommend real solutions (repairs, replacements, upgrades)
- Educate customers and build trust
- Document jobs properly in ServiceTitan
Drain Technician Requirements:
Coachable
Competitive
Reliable
Ready to make money
High school diploma or equivalent
