- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the right team members.
- Assist customers by providing information about insurance products and services.
- Identify opportunities/upsell to recommend additional insurance coveragesuch as life insurancebased on customer needs.
- Manage incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous customer service experience preferred .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Comfortable having conversations about insurance products and service options.
- Competitive compensation with a $30,000 base salary guaranteed plus commission .
- Occasional flexibility to work from home when needed.
