Manufacturing Cost Estimator

Pineville Company is seeking a Sales Estimator who knows their way around a metal stamping shop and a blueprint. We need a "team player" who is comfortable making independent judgments to optimize margins and drive growth. If you have a background in metal stamping and a track record in professional sales, this role offers the autonomy and technical challenge you’ve been looking for.

• Technical: Ability to read blueprints and determine cost-effective manufacturing methods.
• Sales: Assertive professional sales and customer service experience.
• Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 per year.
• Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Looking for an experienced Metal Stamping Estimator who understands manufacturing processes and enjoys working directly with customers.

In this role, you will review customer prints, determine the most efficient production methods, and generate competitive quotes that help drive new business.

This is a high-impact position where your technical knowledge and sales mindset directly influence company growth.

What You’ll Do

• Review customer prints and RFQs to determine manufacturing methods
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for metal stamping projects
• Communicate pricing and technical information to customers
• Track orders and support customer inquiries
• Analyze existing parts and identify opportunities to improve margins
• Work with production and office teams to ensure smooth project flow

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in metal stamping manufacturing
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
✔ Previous sales or customer-facing experience
✔ Attention to detail and analytical thinking
✔ Self-motivated professional comfortable working independently
