We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our corporate team. This role is vital in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and maintaining smooth financial operations. If you’re reliable, organized, and have experience with QuickBooks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and enter vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency



• Manage weekly check runs and other payments



• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner



• Maintain well-organized AP records and documentation



• Support the month-end close process and assist with reporting



• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment issues or inquiries



• Perform additional administrative and accounting support as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred



• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting



• Experience with QuickBooks



• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks



• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software



• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
