Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
• Drive execution across multiple functions to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Establish project governance processes, meeting structures, decision logs, and communication plans.
• Coordinate project activities across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of commitments and deliverables.
• Track project scope and manage changes through established governance processes.
• Maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies, assumptions, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Monitor project progress against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Conduct project reviews and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify schedule risks and develop contingency plans to maintain project delivery.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, complete, and audit-ready.
• Drive accountability for project actions and commitments across all participating functions.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Develop mitigation plans and monitor effectiveness through project completion.
• Escalate critical risks and issues appropriately to support timely decision-making.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to remove barriers and maintain project momentum.

Skills:

• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and project controls.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience using project management methodologies and tools to track project performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project management software.
• Experience with PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Experience supporting executive governance processes and leadership decision-making preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Experience managing global projects involving international stakeholders preferred.

Education/Experience:

• Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management, operations, business transformation, or related experience.
• PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification preferred.
