Key Responsibilities:
+ You will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system.
+ Your day-to-day activities will involve ensuring the quality of our world-class systems through exceptional communication skills, accurately defining client issues, and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge.
+ You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
+ You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
+ Provide MES Manufacturing Execution System support for PASX.
+ Assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
+ Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
+ Facilitate effective communication between clients and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
+ Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
+ Conduct regular quality assessments and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.
+ Provide training and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
**This role is 100% onsite. Must be willing to work shifts including nights and weekends
Basic Qualifications:
+ A minimum of 4 years of work experience
+ A minimum of 1 year of experience with Werum Manufacturing Execution Solution PAS-X or a similar MES
+ Must be willing to work shifts including nights and weekends
+ High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree
+ Pharmaceutical Industry experience
+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
