Operations Manager
SHYAS HEALTH formally known as S&H Youth and Adult Services, Inc in Salisbury, NC is looking for one Operations Manager for the Piedmont Region to join our new management team. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, self-driven, ambitious, engaged and hard-working.

Responsibilities
- Ensure development of a culture of improvement across the entire agency with continuous staff involvement to reflect agency mission, vision, and philosophy at the assigned site. Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Develop agency protocols to ensure compliance with agency, state, federal and accrediting body requirements, policy, and procedure for the services being delivered at assigned site regarding all operations, documentation, staff qualifications, reporting practices, etc.
- Plan, organize and arrange a wide range of activities to fiscally streamline & improve agency productivity- arrange on-the-job training for new and existing employee implementation. Responsible for managing, implementing, and reporting established processes identified to reach agency goals/objectives, maintain budget and demonstrate expected outcomes for the assigned site.
- Responsible for working with clinical coordinator to identify develop document and ensure implementation of protocols that support strategies used to sustain clinical interventions and fidelity to evidence based practices in treatment throughout the agency and at the assigned site
- Provides oversight and administrative supervision of all direct care staff and direct supervision of all administrative support staff. Complete performance evaluations all administrative support staff.
- Ensures continuity of care through the development of strong collaborative relationships with other agencies, providers and policy makers.
- Ensure, through regular audits and accurate documentation, that proper procedures are followed and all required and/or requested reports/documentation are completed to assist in maintaining the consumer records.
- Ensure that staffing schedules and daily operations meet the demands of the consumers and services. Arrange for supervision of program when away from the program.
- Attend assigned community provider meetings and actively participate on those subcommittees. Maintain positive working relationships within the communities served, including individuals, families, staff, monitoring and licensing agencies, organizations, and patrons.
- Complete other Task as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, operations, or related field, master degree preferred or equivalent
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership with ability to manage projects; conduct research; and disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, Web sites, and e-mail.
- Solid understanding of financial management. Ability to understand general finance and budgeting.
- 2 years of supervisory experience thorough knowledge of state service definitions, familiarity with evidence base practices, understanding of and ability to implement quality assurance and quality improvement practices, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. AND
- Is 18 years of age or older with the ability to read, write and understand how to follow instructions AND
- Have no violent criminal record or substantiated findings of abuse or neglect listed on the North Carolina Health Care Personnel Registry
