PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily and monthly invoicing tasks
Perform daily check deposits
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry
Enter, process and send daily invoices to customers
Ensure all accounting transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
Perform basic financial analysis
Complete other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Routinely set priorities and deadlines and accomplish tasks on time
Effectively communicate with customers, management, and other employees
Participate with a team but also work independently when appropriate
Seek to address the customer’s unspoken need; predict
Know proper written English, including proper grammar, punctuation, spelling
Effective and friendly communication skills
A customer first mentality
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable / accounts payable
Conversational written/oral
Experience with QuickBooks (helpful)
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong data entry skills
