Home Care Caregiver

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

At Touching Hearts at Home, our caregivers provide the support seniors and adults with disabilities need to feel comfortable, connected, and independent at home. We are looking for caring individuals who understand the importance of showing up, building trust, and treating every client with respect.

We provide in-home care throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help clients with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals
Perform light housekeeping related to client care
Assist with daily living activities

Requirements

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds
