Automotive Parts AdvisorDescription of the Role:

Independence Mazda is currently seeking a highly motivated Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Automotive Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in helping customers find the right parts and accessories for their vehicles. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering suggestions, and handling complaints
• Utilize computer systems and electronic catalogs to look up parts and check availability
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and track stock levels
• Collaborate with the service department to provide necessary parts for repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the automotive industry or as an automotive parts advisor
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
• Proficient in using computer systems and electronic parts catalogs
• Valid Drivers License Required

Compensation:

Salary: $40,000 - $80,000 per year
