We're Hiring: Maintenance Manager – Food Manufacturing | Charlotte, NC Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for equipment reliability and team development? Join our growing food manufacturing team in Charlotte, NC as a Maintenance Manager and help drive performance, safety, and innovation—especially in packaging operations. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and mechanics across all shifts.
• Drive uptime, equipment reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Champion safety, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve operational challenges.
• Work closely with our customers engineering team on new equipment solutions and equipment installations.
• Manage relationships with vendors to provide cost effective solutions to OEM parts vendors.
• Experience with CMMS systems and optimizing maintenance effectiveness and cost of ownership.
• Drive equipment uptime through obtainment of PM completion rates
• Conduct training and development programs for maintenance staff.
• Maintain building and grounds to meet safety and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Engineering, Operations, etc.).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing; 4+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in packaging equipment within food manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Proven project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
