ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2013 and lead a team of seven with a strong purpose behind what we do. Before becoming an agent, I worked in Yellow Pages sales. After a serious accident in 2006 that required three surgeries and months away from work, I experienced firsthand how important proper insurance education truly isand how often people dont receive it. That experience shaped my mission as an agent: to make sure customers fully understand their protection and are never left in the dark.

Outside of the office, I enjoy adventure and trying new thingsIve reeled in a 110-pound tuna in Hawaii and even gone skydiving. That same drive and determination shows up in how I lead and grow my agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Hagood - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
