About the Role

As a Line Member Lead/Shift Lead , you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and help create a positive and efficient work environment. This is your chance to make an impact while being part of a growing, community-focused business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s a taste of what your day-to-day might look like:

- Lead the Team : Oversee and motivate team members during your shift to ensure high-quality service and provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method.

- Coach the Team : Learn our system, train employees and monitor operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

- Keep Things Moving : Assist with food prep and stock, line operations, and ensuring orders meet our high company standards.

- Stay Organized : Manage shift responsibilities and delegation of tasks, while ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.

- Engage with Guests : Provide exceptional customer service and handle any concerns with professionalism, care and a smile.

- Maintain Standards : Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all operational procedures, health and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- To LOVE working in food service!

- At least 1-2 years of experience in leadership role in a high-volume, food service environment.

- Above average time management skills.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.

- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

- Basic knife skills.

- The ability to work flexible schedules (mornings, afternoons, and evenings).
