Jr. Demand Planner
- Operational Efficiency: An understanding of how to balance high service requirements with lean inventory principles.
- Collaborative Planning: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, demand planning, and external partners to resolve supply chain constraints.
- Analytical Reporting: Experience utilizing data to track performance trends and identify risks in the supply chain.

- Demand Strategy (40%): You will own the sales forecast, managing everything from steady-state demand to high-stakes new product launches. You’ll keep our systems and suppliers in sync with real-world market patterns.
- Inventory Optimization (35%): You’ll be the architect of our inventory levels. Your goal is to achieve peak fill rates and target service levels without bloating the balance sheet.
- S&OP Integration (10%): You will act as the vital link between our Demand Planning team and our suppliers, facilitating constant communication to balance the scales of supply and demand.
- Insights & Analytics (15%): You’ll own the "source of truth" for your categories. Through Service Level, Waterfall, and E&O reporting, you’ll lead the narrative in S&OP meetings to drive informed decision-making.
