We are hiring for a Senior Concrete Estimator that can be located in our Davidson, NC Headquarters or Eagleville, TN office. You will work with some of the most intelligent construction and engineering professionals who have built unique projects . This position is for someone who wants to be part of company who is on the leading edge of innovation and technology. You will have access to BIM Modelers for takeoff and the latest software programs to make your job easier. You will bid the whole job and not a piece of it. Our projects are unique so each job will be different; not the same thing every day.

Essential Duties

1. Review project documents to determine scope and bid strategy
2. Perform detailed quantity takeoffs
3. Determine vendor and subcontractor needs
4. Develop preliminary schedule and project sequence

Construction Phase

1. Review drawing revisions and project updates to assist Operations Team in pricing changes
2. Notify Operations Team of changes in proposed bid sequence and schedule

Other Responsibilities

1. Manage estimate information in an organized and neat fashion
2. Update and maintain preconstruction reporting
3. Work as part of the Preconstruction Team to achieve company goals

PM20

Education and/or Experience

1. 2-year degree minimum/4-year degree preferred
2. At least 4 years of estimating or 5 years of project management experience
3. Experience with estimating & takeoff software is a plus.
