We are looking to add an experienced Quality Technician to our talented team in Merry Hill, NC! This role will perform laboratory bench work, and assist with documentation review and reconciliation focusing on the basic principles of Good Manufacturing Practices

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all analytical tests including raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to provide 24-hour laboratory support to production
• LIMS data entry
• Assist with batch record review for accuracy and omissions
• Review laboratory and LIMS data
• Assist with laboratory equipment preventative maintenance
• Assist with quality assurance investigations
• Receive and manage laboratory supply inventory
• Perform weekly plant weight validations
• Communicate during shift change activities
• Monitor instrument calibrations
• Communicate laboratory data to production personnel
• Perform daily calibration validations, including balances
• Perform general laboratory housekeeping
• Properly log and store samples for retention
• Other duties in support of company objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in a science related background
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Control
• 2 years of experience in LIMS systems
• 1 year of experience in SAP
• 2+ years of experience with FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly conscientious and diligent
• Excellent attention to detail
