Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Mitigation Technician:

• Perform restoration activities, including demolition, cleaning, emergency flood service, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning, and deodorization
• Clean and sanitize affected surfaces, including walls, floors, and structural components, to prevent further damage and promote a healthy environment
• Set up and monitor drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers to facilitate the drying process and prevent mold growth
• Safely remove, pack, and store contents from affected areas, ensuring proper documentation and care
• Use appropriate site protection, like the use of protective shoe covers and floor mats
• Provide clear and empathetic communication to clients throughout the restoration process, addressing their questions and concerns
• May maintain detailed records of the restoration process, including photographs, moisture readings, and work performed, for insurance claims and company records
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure the safety of yourself, your team, and the property

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Knowledge of industry-standard equipment and techniques for water damage restoration
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work irregular hours and respond to emergency calls as needed
• Background check required
• Contruction Experience a plus
• Reliable transportation
