Assistant Selections Coordinator

- Working through projects from start to finish within budget constraints, and effectively communicating with co-workers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handle multiple projects
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Assist in any marketing needs and goals
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
- Must be able to work well independently without much supervision and practice discretion with confidential client and business information.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Coordinate interior selections with design specialist
- Work with vendors to acquire and maintain selections
- Communicate selections with homeowners during pre-construction
- Navigate internal software to update most recent documents and selections
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handle multiple projects
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
- Answer telephone calls and pass them on
- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
