Training Administrative Assistant
- Providing administrative support (phone, email, video calls) through our Learning Management System
- Electronic processing such as Excel data management, Outlook scheduling, collecting online surveys, updating records, and monitoring email account for information to input on company intranet
- Other duties include, but are not limited to, performing general administrative duties such as invoice submission, mailing, scanning, filing, materials fulfillment, and rotational front desk coverage as needed
- Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities with a sense of urgency
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn new tasks and/or software programs quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and client-oriented
- Ability to effectively partner with team members and other administrative staff
- Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests for assistance
- 1 year of related administrative experience
