In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Analytics. You will review and analyze basic or tactical Analytics assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Additionally, you will present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations, exercise some independent judgment, and develop an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role involves providing information to client personnel in Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Analytics.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Analytics assignments or challenges requiring research and evaluation.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations.
- Exercise independent judgment while adhering to function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information and support to client personnel in Analytics.
- Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly activities, including reconciling general ledgers and reporting.
- Pull data from multiple locations, check account balances, and identify errors causing cash flow issues.
- Remediate issues related to cash flow discrepancies.
- 2 years of Analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong accounting skills, including general ledger matching, transaction lookups, and account reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including navigation, filtering, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, including navigation and working with current lists.
- Experience with Outlook, including managing shared inboxes.
- Commercial loan knowledge or experience is helpful.
- Experience with financial accounting and advanced Excel skills.
