We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join our Charlotte, North Carolina office, servicing the greater Charlotte area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage and grow a portfolio of single-family properties while benefiting from Northpoint’s established business development support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management : Oversee daily operations, leasing, and property management for a portfolio of residential properties.
- Leasing & Sales : Utilize your North Carolina & South Carolina Real Estate license to manage property leasing, as well as sell properties for clients if desired.
- Growth & Development : Northpoint’s business development team will work to drive new clients to help grow your portfolio over the next 12 to 18 months.
- Client Relations : Provide exceptional service to clients, assisting with the closing process and delivering high-quality management services.
What We’re Looking For:
- An active North Carolina & South Carolina Real Estate license.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex situations with ease.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A driven, dynamic individual who thrives in a self-managed environment and seeks growth opportunities.
