About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Active state or compact nursing license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Endocrine experience required Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Surgery team. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. The Registered Nurse will work a day shift, Monday through Friday. Shifts will last for 8 hours each day, from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must hold an active state or compact nursing license. BLS certification is required for this position. Endocrine experience is a must for applicants. The role involves caring for pediatric patients in a surgery setting. Daily responsibilities may include patient assessments, medication administration, and patient education. Candidates should have experience using the EPIC charting system. This position does not require weekend or on-call shifts. The team works closely with multidisciplinary staff to provide comprehensive care. Adherence to all compliance and documentation protocols is expected. This role will focus on providing quality care to patients with endocrine-related conditions.
