Landscape Foreman
LANDSCAPE FOREMAN
Salary $25/hour - $29/hour based on experience.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Read landscape plans and layout/install landscapes according to plan.
- Engage with customers and ensure they are satisfied with the final product.
- Direct, oversee and participate in work performed by your team. This is a very hands-on position and requires this person to perform any task they would ask their team to do. You will be expected to work alongside them.
- Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality. Organize jobs so they are completed on time and on budget.
- Train new crew members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including work sites and equipment. Complete inventory checks and equipment inspections. Notify management of repairs when needed.
- Complete all necessary paperwork including time sheets, work orders, change orders, equipment logs, and audit checklists.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- This position requires 2-year minimum experience in foreman position.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills.
- Professional in appearance and actions.
- Must have the ability to be proactive, plan ahead and problem solve to minimize disruption, errors, risks while keeping projects on task, within budget and on time.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Competent reading and writing skills.
- A successful individual will have a horticulture or landscape background in addition to understanding irrigation systems and drainage along with standard construction.
- Be able to lift 50-lbs unassisted.
- High School diploma or GED; Basic math skills.
Desired But Not Required Skills:
- Able to operate a variety of mechanical equipment including skid steers, excavators, and dingo utility loaders.
- Proficient in LMN
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Environmental Factors:
Work site conditions may include noise, dust, equipment exhaust, hazardous materials, outdoor weather conditions; may be required to wear protective clothing; position requires strenuous physical work including heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of heavy objects up to 100 pounds occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds frequently.
