- Use Adobe Photoshop to manipulate scanned designs and digitally adjust color to meet customer and flooring requirements.
- Operate and maintain a large-format industrial printer (Durst familiarity is a plus).
- Evaluate color under an industry-standard Lightbox and refine until accurate.
- Understand job scope, cut samples from the correct areas, and capture/save color information in the right systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure color completion and approval on schedule.
- Spot issues early and help the team avoid or resolve them.
- Keep equipment in top shape and your workspace organized and clean; maintain both digital and physical files.
- Dispose of hazardous materials properly and safely.
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills and confidence working on a Mac.
- Superior color vision; able to judge color accurately across different light settings.
- Clear verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-driven, team-first approach.
- Technical capacity and flexibility—able to adapt quickly.
- Familiarity with Durst printers or similar is helpful.
- Frequently bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and using sharp objects.
- Occasional handling/disposal of hazardous waste per procedure.
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred).
- Color Coordinator: 1st shift
- Print Operator: 2nd shift
