Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

Merchandises products, which includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and movement of products from storage to the sales floor.

**2 pm - 10 pm 3 days a week**

Responsibilities/Duties

• Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by a supervisor.
• Maintains backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition.
• Communicates issues to supervisor and co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Retail industry work experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to adapt to a constantly-changing environment.
• Customer service skills required.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have good math skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
• Must have good driving habits.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Essential Mental and Physical Functions

Mental Functions: Repetitive job requiring frequent, but not more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness.

Physical Functions: Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand, lift up to 85 pounds, load, and push/pull 300 2400 pounds with the assistance of a pallet jack; as well as bend, reach and squat while merchandising and moving products. Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to sit.

Equipment Used: Vehicle, hand truck, store floats, pallet jacks, label gun, telephone, calculator, Point of Purchase materials, computer reports, cardboard bailers, various types of vending equipment, and general office equipment.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None required.

Language Skills: Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.
