Senior Cash Analyst POST NUMBER: 302182

We are recruiting a Senior Cash Analyst for a long standing company in the Raleigh area to support daily cash management activities, banking operations, and financial reporting across multiple business entities. This individual will play a key role in monitoring cash activity, processing transactions, maintaining banking relationships, and supporting liquidity management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor wire transfers, ACH payments, and other electronic banking transactions.
• Maintain banking records, account documentation, user access, and related administrative functions.
• Prepare and update daily cash position reports and assist with short-term cash forecasting activities.
• Support monthly cash reconciliations and review banking activity to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor banking controls and fraud-prevention tools to safeguard company assets.
• Maintain financing schedules and assist with reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary contact for banking inquiries, service requests, and operational issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support system enhancements related to cash management and treasury operations.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in cash management, treasury, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working with banking platforms, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
