- Multi-Entity Management: Independently manage the AR ledgers for several distinct companies, ensuring no cross-contamination of data within QuickBooks Online.
- Aged Debt Recovery: Prioritize and attack the $3M backlog , specifically focusing on accounts 12+ months past due to identify "collectability" vs. "bad debt."
- Construction Expertise: Utilize knowledge of mechanic’s liens, notice to owners (NTOs), and lien waivers to protect company interests and force payment.
- Reconciliation & Cleanup: Partner with the accounting team to clean up unapplied credits and misallocated payments that may be artificially inflating the aging report.
- Negotiation: Draft and oversee payment plans or settlement agreements for long-standing delinquent clients.
- Commercial Collections (2 years of experience is required)
- QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)
- Years of experience: 2 years
- Experience level: Experienced
