We have an exciting opportunity for a Heavy Construction Site Superintendent based near Greenville, NC, with a fast-growing and highly respected sitework contractor that’s making major moves in the industry. Specializing in large-scale site development projects, this company is actively managing jobs ranging from $5M to $15M — and they're just getting started. With over $11M currently under contract and $4M backlogged, they’re building momentum and looking for strong leadership to keep driving success in the field. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Construction Site Superintendent position include:- Experience managing sitework projects ranging from $5M to $15M, including underground utilities, sewage, water, and drainage- Knowledge of production rates, project scheduling, and heavy civil workflows for warehouse site development- Skilled in GPS-based layout, earthmoving operations, and field coordination from mobile field trailers (no office – this is a field-first role)- Proficiency with Bluebeam, HCSS, Bid and Heavy Job, AGTEK, GPS, and TopCON systems- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage subcontractors and field crews for on-time, on-budget delivery- 45-hour work week expected with an even split of time across job sites in a 45-minute radius of Greenville, NCSalary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
