Part-Time Afternoon/evening Hours BT/RBT- In Home Services
- In-Home Role Only - work directly in clients' homes
- Paid RBT Certification Training (if not already certified)
- Flexible Scheduling
- Paid Mileage for Travel
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
- Manage challenging behaviors using approved intervention strategies
- Communicate session progress with BCBAs and families
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
- Travel to client homes as assigned
- Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (paid by Compleat KiDZ)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
