• Monitor patients cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care based on patient needs.

• Administer medications and treatments while adhering to safety protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in telemetry nursing or cardiac care.
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent munication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
