Tower Climber Foreman
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct tower climbers and ground crew during tower construction and maintenance activities
Plan daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
Climb and work on communication towers to install, inspect, and maintain antennas, coaxial cables, mounts, and related equipment
Oversee rigging, hoisting, and material handling for safe and efficient operations
Conduct safety meetings, enforce OSHA and company safety policies, and ensure proper use of fall protection and climbing equipment
Perform quality inspections of completed work and verify compliance with engineering specifications
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address site-specific challenges
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and material usage logs
Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and adherence to safety practices
Travel to multiple job sites and adapt to various weather and environmental conditions
- Must have minimum 6 years' overall Tower Climber experience
- Must have minimum 3 years' Foreman experience
- Must have NWSA certification
