Customer Service Representative
Location: Lenoir, NC 28645
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $11.00-$15.00 per hour (DOE)

Print Dirt Cheap is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lenoir, North Carolina. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting our production team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, services, pricing, and order status.
- Prepare estimates and enter customer orders accurately.
- Process customer artwork and job specifications for production.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate with customers regarding proofs, timelines, and completed orders.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general office support.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:
- Customer service
- Reception or front office support
- Retail sales
- Print shop or copy center experience
- Administrative support
- Order entry or data entry
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Cash handling or point-of-sale systems
