Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Monitor and document patient progress clearly and accurately
• Foster a positive and cooperative atmosphere with patients, coworkers, and providers

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current North Carolina PTA licensure (or eligibility)
• Clinical experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
• Computer literacy required for documentation and patient records
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
