We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will begin with training on 1st shift to learn equipment, processes, and safety procedures before transitioning to a 2nd shift schedule. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations with minimal downtime. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined technician with experience in industrial maintenance, hydraulics, welding, conveyors, balers, forklifts, and preventative maintenance programs.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 11:00pm )

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and brake system issues.
• Replace worn or damaged components and perform equipment adjustments.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Welding experience

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, conveyors, forklifts, balers, and production equipment preferred.
• Welding experience required. Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.
• Understanding of lockout/tagout and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment.
