Sr. Integration Project Manager
Our Client is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Project Manager to assist with integrating a newly aquired company's digital platform into one enterprise ecosystem by leading, planning, coordination, and executing across multiple teams to ensure a smooth integration. This role focuses on managing timelines, resources, and communication while ensuring technical requirements are met. This role is a contract position that is expected to last 6 months. The contractor in this role will be expected to interact with relevant team members on both IT platform sides.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a liaison between IT teams/Stakeholder Coordination.
- Project Planning & Delivery.
- Collaborate with both teams to identify project requirements for the integration as well as key stakeholders/owners.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for the integration.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Attend weekly IT Integration meetings. Speak to and provide regular status updates to the IT team regarding project action items, timelines, and any blockers.
- Facilitate any additional meetings or necessary status updates, and decision-making acros sbusiness and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholders are assigned and aware of relevant tasks that they are responsible for and that teams on both sides are informed of any updates.
- Regularly communicate and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are on track, providing updates and status of the overall IT Integration project.
- Coordinate activities for system connectivity, data exchange, and user access.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in project management and technology integration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Compliance, Operations).
- Familiarity with system integrations and data exchange concepts.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.37 - $79.76/hr.
