What we offer:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $80,000-$90,000 , plus a yearly bonus potential of up to $15,000/yr (paid out quarterly). In addition, our Area Coaches are eligible to participate in our deferred profit-sharing program of up to $24,000/yr .

How you will make an impact:
As an Area Coach at South Block, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire and guide our teams to achieve their best and drive the success of South Block.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff across multiple locations.
Ensure all stores meet South Block’s standards for customer service, cleanliness, and product quality.
Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to ensure all locations are well-stocked and operational.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with senior management to set goals and objectives for each store.
What you will bring to the role:
3+ years proven experience in a multi-unit management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze financial reports and performance metrics.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
Flexibility to travel between store locations regularly.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
