HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager
Commercial & Industrial Construction | Full-Time

A well-established mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, field coordination, and subcontractors while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team working on large-scale commercial projects with local travel only .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project compliance
• Maintain communication with owners, engineers, and general contractors
• Monitor project progress and address issues impacting schedule or cost
• Enforce company safety standards and quality control procedures

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing construction
• Strong project management experience on commercial or industrial mechanical projects
• Healthcare project experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working with field teams and coordinating subcontractors
