LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Coordinator to join our client on a direct hire basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for accuracy in payroll processing. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely and compliant payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities · Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees · Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity · Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timesheets · Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting · Assist with audits and compliance documentation · Support onboarding and offboarding payroll tasks Qualifications: · 1 year of payroll experience · Experience with payroll processing systems (Ultipro, UKG, ADP or Paylocity highly preferred)· Strong Excel skills are required (pivot tables and vlookups at a minimum)· Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations · Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Compensation and schedule: · Compensation: $55k - $60k · Fully onsite Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year Search managed by: Carly Steele Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to -privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:- The California Fair Chance Act
