Allegiance Staffing is looking for Production Line Associates in the Morrisville area!
Job Title: Production Line Associate
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor assembly line machinery, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Collect, inspect, and package finished products according to specified quantities and quality standards.
- Feed displays into shrink wrap machine, inspect shrink-wrapped products for defects, and perform necessary rework.
- Ensure proper labeling and loading of finished products onto shipping pallets as per job instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to follow instructions and report any issues promptly.
- Perform basic mechanical adjustments and notify appropriate personnel of maintenance needs or non-conforming materials.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, quality standards, and recycling initiatives to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.
- Willingness and ability to stand for long periods according to scheduled shifts.
