Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services within a K-12 school setting located in Durham, NC. This full-time contract opportunity spans the entire school year, Monday through Friday, focusing primarily on supporting elementary-aged students with diverse communication needs. Candidates with behavior experience are highly preferred to effectively manage and support students with additional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech-language evaluations and therapy to students across the elementary age group
• Develop and implement effective intervention plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student communication outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking for all caseload students
• Support behavior strategies in conjunction with therapy goals to optimize learning and social interaction

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid NC Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or certification
• Experience working in school environments, preferably with K-12 populations
• Background or training in behavioral support is an asset
• Ability to manage a caseload of students requiring diverse speech and language services

Location and Work Schedule:

• Located in Durham, North Carolina
• Full-time commitment, Monday through Friday during school hours
• Primarily serving elementary-aged students within the school district
