Amplify is hiring a Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team in the Queen City! In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service in point of sale and customer services processes while focusing on consistent execution and operational efficiency. You will deliver speed of service transactions while creating a compelling customer experience.

Customer Service Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the Amplify experience & brand mission standard
• Creating an authentic, organic experience of excellence for every guest through genuine connection, product education and educating customers about our community and culture
• This individual is an expert in all facets of product knowledge
• The Sales Associate thrives working on a team and relishes a culture of feedback and excellence
• Impact the business and sales environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading our Amplify Charter initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly environment
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers
• In partnership with leadership team, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support achieving action plans focusing on deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales coverage through the development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed
• Knowledge of sales goals, company communication, initiatives, new product launches and any additional information required

Customer Service Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Aligns with and embodies our growth-oriented principles
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 30 pounds
• Superior verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Scheduling flexibility
• Genuine desire to work with our customers in Charlotte, NC
