What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, drive, scanner, HMI, and robotic systems to minimize downtime
• Diagnose issues using electrical prints, software, and control documentation and recommend corrective actions
• Support and maintain control devices, laptops, and programming equipment used in troubleshooting
• Partner with maintenance technicians, controls engineers, vendors, and manufacturing engineers to improve automated systems
• Train and guide maintenance personnel on corrective maintenance, wiring, and electronic installations
• Assist with system access, backups, data recovery , and vendor coordination for controls-related issues
• Ensure proper equipment startup and shutdown procedures are followed
• Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company safety standards
• Communicate any Environment, Health, Safety, or Quality concerns to leadership
• Maintain required safety certifications and work collaboratively as part of the maintenance team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience troubleshooting industrial automation and electrical control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify root causes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conover, NC.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
