Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Document Processing Clerk for an immediate contract opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This 100% onsite role supports a high-volume document and mailing operation within the banking and consumer lending industry. Immediate openings for 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 10 pm) with a target start date of July 6th at the latest, based on onboarding completion. Background check has to be completed ASAP to start next week. Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor mailing equipment used to process documents, pamphlets, inserts, and promotional materials.
- Load printed materials into production machines and ensure items are processed accurately.
- Assemble, package, and prepare completed mailings in large manila envelopes and other mailing containers.
- Perform quality checks to confirm materials are inserted, organized, and packaged correctly.
- Maintain productivity while meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced operations environment.
- Follow safety guidelines, keep the work area organized, and report equipment or material issues to supervisors. Compensation and Benefits - Pay Rate: $19.10 per hour.
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 10 pm
- Location: Charlotte, NC.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite.
- Assignment Length: 1 month.
