We are currently seeking a Safety, Health, & Environmental (SHE) Manager who will play a key leadership role in championing this mission at our [Insert Location] site.

As the SHE Manager, you will partner closely with operations, maintenance, and local leadership teams to build and sustain a proactive safety culture. You'll lead site-level SHE strategy, implement policies and training, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. This is a high-impact role where leadership, collaboration, and a hands-on approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of SHE programs, policies, training, and procedures aligned with company goals and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with global SHE leadership and local teams to drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Manage all aspects of incident prevention, investigation, and root cause analysis, with a strong emphasis on proactive risk assessment.

• Own SHE data entry, accuracy, analysis, and reporting using established tools; deliver actionable insights and trend reports in a timely manner.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and implement control measures.

• Oversee site-specific environmental compliance, including hazardous waste management, emissions, TSCA, TRI, Tier II/III, and permitting.

• Lead and maintain emergency preparedness programs, including training, response plans, and routine drills.

• Facilitate the safety committee and coach leaders and employees on hazard recognition, safe practices, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) database and oversee the chemical request and approval process.

• Ensure the site meets all federal, state, and local regulations and company SHE standards.

• Perform other duties as needed to support a safe and compliant operation.
