Job Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Create site specific agreements using approved templates and any applicable study parameters
• Assist in amendment processing
• Track progress of contract and budget negotiations
• Create folders within SharePoint
• File documents in Veeva as applicable
• Ensure Veeva is up to date
• Signature routing in Contract Lifecycle Management System
• Liaise with sites as appropriate
• Merging of documents
• Collect applicable documents from sites
• Ensure trackers and systems are up to date at all times

• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills

Word for document creation and editing

Excel for spreadsheet management and data analysis

PowerPoint for creating presentation

OneNote for notetaking and organization of information sharing

• Experience/efficiencies with systems/new technologies (salesforce platform/AI)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a contract lifecycle management system (CLM)
• Clinical research background
• Pharma experience

Salary Range:

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
