Base Salary: $75,000–$80,000

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing commercial real estate transactions and closings
• Coordinating due diligence, title/survey review, and closing deliverables
• Drafting and organizing loan and transaction xrczosw documents
• Working closely with lenders, title companies, attorneys, and outside parties
• Supporting post-closing execution and file management
Ideal Background:
• 4+ years of Real Estate Paralegal experience preferred
• Real estate transaction experience required
• Lending / lender-side experience strongly preferred
• Experience owning closings and managing multiple deals simultaneously
