Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and sales-focused Customer Service Agent to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products and services that best fit their interests. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, achieving sales goals, and creating positive customer experiences. Responsibilities * Welcome customers and create a positive, engaging experience. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Support promotional and sales initiatives to achieve individual and team goals. * Address customer questions and concerns while supporting purchasing decisions. * Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve customer engagement and sales goals. * Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. * Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
