- Seeking a Workday Compensation consultant with deep expertise in Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and develop proof-of-concept configurations within Wells Fargo's Advanced Compensation environment to validate functionality and business fit.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation), delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives and provide an intuitive, high-quality user experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to document and communicate business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences through clear and effective artifacts.
- Drive planning, coordination, configuration, and testing activities to support successful product delivery and implementation.
