Eagle Physicians & Associates is seeking a dynamic, professional, and self-motivated Multi-Task Front Office Clerical Float to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-two years of medical office experience and possess excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. This position plays a vital role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring efficient front-office operations.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- This position will require floating between all Greensboro Eagle locations as needed, reliable transportation is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one-two years of medical office experience required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard office software preferred.

Support staff hired at a 0.50 FTE or greater on or after April 1, 2024, are eligible for our structured retention bonus program:
- $750 at 6 months
- $750 at 12 months
- $1,000 at 18 months
- $1,000 at 24 months
Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave
After one year of employment and 1,250 hours worked, Eagle provides up to two weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave for the birth or adoption of a child. Leave is prorated based on FTE status.
Influenza Vaccine Requirement

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare encounter forms for billing.
- Review encounter forms against appointment schedules and make corrections as needed.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and communicate messages to the appropriate staff member.
- Greet patients in a professional, friendly, and positive manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and assist with appointment management.
- Update patient demographic and insurance information during check-in.
- Collect copayments, balances, and other patient payments.
- Notify nursing staff and providers when patients arrive for appointments.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including:
- Faxing
- Mail processing
- Photocopying
- Data entry
- Filing
- Telephone support
- Assist with scanning and indexing medical records.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, respect, courtesy, and advocacy in all interactions with patients, coworkers, and visitors.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
- Maintain accurate and legible documentation.
- Protect proprietary and confidential information.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.
