Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Supervisor specializing in Psychiatry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult psychiatric care and will be responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff in the psychiatric unit
• Oversee patient care activities and ensure adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes
• Facilitate communication between staff and families

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient psychiatric care
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
• BLS certification
